He specializes in maritime, maritime law, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, banking and finance, asset finance and securities, public procurement, and administrative law.
He has a client portfolio that ranges from holding companies to P&I Clubs, European banks, ports, shipowners, and charterers.
Mr. Esenyel started his career as a lawyer with a background in handling huge cases on maritime issues. His practice also includes legal services in commercial, insurance, and financial transactions. He has also worked on behalf of shipowners, P&I Clubs, charterers, cargo parties, cargo insurers, companies, banks, financial institutions, and airlines.
